Software Only Encoding when using 2-Pass Encoding

After the most recent update, I have lost the ability to enable 2-pass encoding using hardware acceleration. I can use hardware acceleration only when I select 1-pass. Anybody else having this issue?

Running a 5K iMac

Processor Name: Intel Core i5

Processor Speed: 3.2 GHz

Chipset Model: AMD Radeon R9 M380
