The Media Encoder 14.4 fails with a unrelevant error message

Hi.

 

The Media Encoder burns my After Effect project until it's finished, I can play and watch the finished movie but it lagging and in between got strange freeze-pictures like the one under.   

I updated to the last Software and drivers, and burned it out on 2 different computers for testing. The only error message is: "Can not write XMP data in output file".

 

Please any help since my deadline is closing up. Fillock

To answer my own question; return back to After Effects 2019 and Media Encoder 2019 solved the problem.
