too many troubles between After effects and Media encoder

I have two new versions (2024) of After effects and Media Encoder but when I send you projects to rendering in Media Encoder is not working, someone can give me some tips about it

I am having the same problem - files don't appear in the media encoder window. When I manage to get them there via Add to Render Queue the render fails! Please help. This worked fine until I updated to 2024
