Transperent backround without huge files

HI i have black text animtion that i want to export with no background and i know i need AVI format for that...

But my problem is that the video is weigh adoute 2GB (10 SEC video)

No metter what codec im using it is still huge file (i dont whant to import a huge file to premire every time)

What can i do better?

File formats that are good for editing tend to be larger than file format that are not.

Try switching to Format Quicktime and Preset Apple ProRes4444 with Alpha.  The resulting MOV file will still be large, but not nearly as large as an uncompressed AVI with alpha.
