Watch folder to grab still images from video

Hi Guys. I'm looking for some insight on the following scenario. My edit team creates some slideshow type videos with regularity. They're about 60 seconds long and are fairly standardized / repetitive in their structure. I'm wonder if there is a way to automatically pull still images from the videos at certain intervals. For example, I want to pull a still image at 15, 25, 35, and 45 seconds into the video. Is it possible to create a watch folder that is looking for the finished video itself and when a new video is added it takes it and then grabs the 4 still images? Thank you!
