Why i can't use CBR in hardware encoding with a macbook pro

Hi,

 

I'm testing preset and i discover that i can only use hardware encoding for h264 in vbr with my macbook pro.

I can choose CBR in my pc with the same preset.

 

version is AME 14.6 build 22
