Hi,

I'm using Media Encoder to output XAVC 4K Intra profile Class300 (Intra CBG) MXF files.
This output works well for simple videos.
However, in the case of complex video, the coded frame size of the MXF file may exceed the Class300 standard.
Does Media Encoder have an option to adhere to the coded frame size?

The [Sony device compatibility] check had no effect.

Thank you.

I was able to solve it myself.
I misunderstood the definition of Coded Frame Size.

Class300 = 512 (AU, SPS, PPS) + 512 x 18 (SEI or padding) + 1,250,304 (Coded Frame Size) = 1,260,032

So, the frame size of the output MXF file was normal.

Thank you.
