converting .MXF TO MP4

Hello, i have not used adobe media encoder before. i used Miro video converter but i got errors when converting that quicktime could not read the file.

I have 20 videos in .MXF that i need to convert to mp4, how do i do that?

yes, i got it to work, i used the youtube hd 1080 preset. however, how do i choose the folder i want all of the converted files to go to in one shot?
