I click on Download for the enhanced audio and the button changes to downloading and then reverts back to download.
I have deleted recordings and then reuploaded but it makes no difference. I have Premium access.

Hi @Andrew32080896d1ol , to clarify, when you click on the download button, and the button changes to downloading, does the enhanced file eventually download?
If not, please let me know! Also, what browser are you using? Thank you!

This also happens to me too; click download, it changes to downloading then back to 'download' and nothing's happened. I tried on Firefox and Chrome on android with v2. Any solutions?

Hi @teaindreamland, is this happening with all files, or just specific files? Is this also happening on desktop? If you're able to share one of the files that isn't downloading, that will help us in troubleshooting. thanks!

Its anything, basically the download button doesn't do anything. When i go onto the web version (on my computer or 'view desktop site' on mobile) and I click the same video that's on the cloud and it downloads. It's just the mobile version of the website the button doesn't do anything.

@teaindreamland just following up on this. Our engineers pushed out a fix late last week and you should now be able to download from mobile. Don't hesitate to reach out if anything else comes up!

Hey guys, I opened a support ticket with Adobe, and yesterday (August 8th) they told me the issue was resolved.
I tested it and it's now working normally.
