When I try to enhance an audio with the v1 enhance it automatically changes to v2, does anyone else have this problem?

Hi, so I recorded a podcast session in Adobe Podcast and as always I waited for my files to done processing to export them. But one of the files never done processing (it’s been 2 days) I tried refresh page, open it in different browsers, cleaning cookies. It seem stuck and because of that I can’t export original recordingsIt might be helpful to add that during this session something happend and recording stopped on it’s own (I don’t think I encountered any connection isssue, because I could resume recording right away)Is there anything I can do to export that file?  

After recording a podcast it is endlessly “processing” and never shows up to be edited. Didn’t have any problems while recording but it was a bit longer than other clips we’ve done. About 1hr 15 mins. It’s been “processing” for 2 hours now and I just can’t imagine that’s normal. 

 I just edited a whole video without realizing it and now I have to edite my voice on the video from 0 😑

Recorded an hour long podcast today and when I move to the “Edit” tab the “Processing” just never ends. First time using it so want to know if I just need to wait longer?

I have a project, it'll take a while at an eye-rolling @ 4 hours a day but whatever, but it is what it is. Buy it, bulk upload my 4 hours @ about 50 files for the day, uploaded perfectly. Where the bulk download options...humm.... WTF? A bit of bait-and-swap there. Why have on and not the other? Every time I try to use adobe podcast ai for the last month it says that I am at my daily limit but I haven't used it at all.  I have tried to get in touch with someone at customer service for the last three days because I've finally had enough but no one is willing to help me.  There's an office somewhere and that office has a phone number.  I don't want an email.  No one is getting back to me.  Has this happened to anyone else?  It's rather frustrating that no one at customer service wants to help me even though I have been a loyal customer for years.  Let alone the fact that I have work to do.  Please help. thanks.    

Hello - been using the AI enhancer and it’s really been a game changer in cleaning up audio. But I have a big issue. I’m uploading a co-host voice track from a podcast recording, so it’s just her isolated voice. And in the gaps where I’m speaking and her track should be silent, the enhancer creates audio that sounds like a garbled person speaking nonsense. It’s not her voice, it’s not my voice - it’s some weirdly created artifacting or something. I have included a sample. So then I have to go through her whole track and mute those sections where this is generated, which is throughout. It doesn’t generate while she’s speaking, thankfully, just in the gaps where there should be silence.I saw a couple of other posts about this, but no answers or resolution. Thanks!

When I turn an audio into a video using Adobe podcast, it turns it into a telegram video. Love how it displays the lyrics. However at the bottom of every video I make it displays lines that move according to the audio. How do I remove these? It is ruining my videos 

After I edit my podcast in Adobe Studio. I want to download and use Audacity to edit further. To do this I need both guest speakers files downloaded. How can I do this in a way which gives me the same quality of audio as it sounds in Adobe Studio (with Enhance feature speech on)?

Voice enhancer makes the sound as amazing and beautiful as a font generator makes my post stand out because of fancy font. One thing I would want to add in this voice enhancer is like AI is making thing easier I hope we can separate different voices in a single audio and download them as separate files after enhancement, for exampel a podcast audio.

Hello, I would like to use Adobe Podcast AI for voice overs.  The program sounds fantastic, but I do have a question.  Can I determine what kind of audio file is created.  Example: i upload an MP3 and the final product I always get is a Wav file. Can I get the final file product in mp3 format instead?

It seems like there is a sign in issue with podcast enchance service as of today 27th march 2026. I can’t sign in or use the service. It’s been like that for few hours now. I'm curious if there are any estimates on when it will be fixed? I use it for professional purposes and need it to finalize projects for my clients. Not sure if anybody else is experiencing the same issue or if anyone found a way around it?

Hi, I’m trying to interview someone by video using the Podcast Studio, but the solution currently only supports Google Chrome (Web). What’s the timeline for implementing support for other browsers and mobile?

I have a video that was recorded on a camcorder in 1990 that has significant background noise that I’d like to eliminate or reduce so the subject’s voice can be heard more clearly. The audio improvement functionality does significantly reduce the noise, but it also mangled the subject’s voice so badly that I had to revert to the original.Is there way to isolate and reduce the background noise while leaving the speaker’s voice alone? If not, I will be canceling my subscription.

I am unable to export the mp4 of my latest episode in 1080 with captions. After many attempts and selecting different options a 720p version without captions did successfully download.But the 1080p versions, or any versions with captions, leaves me with a generic error message:  “Something went wrong downloading the project. Please try again.”My latest podcast was 1h40 and the mp3 file was edited (briefly), exported successfully and has been published.I would also like to publish to YouTube. Hi everyone, I am currently looking into the Adobe Creative Cloud Standard subscription for my audio work, but I wanted to clarify how it handles Adobe Podcast. Does the full Creative Cloud subscription include access to Adobe Podcast Premium features, or would I still need to purchase a separate, standalone subscription for Adobe Podcast after buying Creative Cloud? Enhance used to export mono files, but with the new update, it's only exporting stereo files even if a mono file is uploaded.I have a dozen workflows + automations set up with clients where mono files are required. Is there a way I can go back to exporting mono?

I have uploaded a single recording file with multiple speakers, and AI transcribed it through Adobe Podcast. This feature has mislabeled some segments as the wrong speaker, and it seems there is no way to edit or reassign them to the correct speaker.Is there a method that I am unaware of?

When will we have the ability to record in 4K, or does anyone know if this is included on the roadmap? Can you point me to the location where it is?
