Hello Adobe Podcast Team,I am writing to report an issue I experienced while testing the beta captioning feature in Adobe Podcast.First, I want to say that I am extremely impressed with Adobe Podcast overall. I use it for voice enhancement and noise reduction, and the results have been outstanding! The captioning feature also looked excellent visually. However, I encountered a significant audio problem after exporting the captioned version of my video. Here is what happened (with explanation courtesy of ChatGPT Plus):I uploaded a completed video containing a carefully balanced mix of voiceover and background music. Before adding captions, the voiceover was strong and clear, while the music remained fully audible and provided an important emotional and dramatic component to the production. After adding captions in Adobe Podcast and exporting the captioned version:The voiceover remained strong and clear. The background music was dramatically reduced. On playback, particularly after emailin

I am unable to download enhanced audio..some how speed is very slow..i checked my internet speed and it is all good so some issue with adobe podcast
Adobe Podcast Enhance is supposed to clean audio and make it sound more studio quality, but it is aggressively suppressing laughs and crosstalk. If someone laughs, chuckles, or makes a natural reaction, it often gets turned down so much that it is barely audible or gone completely. If two people talk over each other, it can suppress both speakers to almost zero. That makes it unusable for client work.Laughter and overlap are part of real conversations. They are not background noise. Removing them makes interviews, podcasts, and videos sound unnatural and can even remove important parts of what people said. The tool works well on clean single person dialogue, but it needs a setting to preserve laughs, reactions, and overlapping speakers. Right now, every file needs to be checked closely against the original audio, which defeats the point of using it as a quick enhancement tool. This never used to be an issue but over the last few months its gotted progressivly worse to the point thats beco

I cant open saved projects, it either says that I dont have access or the project comes up empty. Appears that I can no longer access the work I have done, including the one I was planning to publish today.
It has been working perfectly fine until today, when i tried uploading my vocal track for my podcast, my voice is getting cancelled off as well. It is, for some reason, being placed under "Background Music" rather than the usual "Speech" section. I have tried it with multiple files however I am getting the same result.
Enhance whether v2 or v1 just fails and says there was a problem uploading the file.
Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone from the Adobe Podcast team (or another user who's experienced this) can help.I'm a Creative Cloud Premium subscriber, and I've run into a problem with one specific Adobe Podcast Studio project.Project detailsRecorded using Adobe Podcast Remote Recording Approximately 1 hour 19 minutes long Project name: More Closely Aligned S01E01The issueThe recording completed successfully, and Adobe Podcast displayed the normal message indicating that processing had finished. The project appears correctly in My Projects, including:the project title, a transcript preview, the correct recording duration (1:18:56).However, when I click the project to open it in the editor, it initially loaded indefinitely. After several minutes, Chrome would crash with an "Aw, Snap!" error.Interestingly, after leaving the project open overnight, I can now partially access the editor:the transcript loads, the timeline shows the full recording duration, speaker identification is visible, I
I am unable to export one of my recordings/projects as a video download. I keep getting the following error ‘something went wrong with the download. Please try again later’ I have tried exporting shorter clips, switching off enhance audio, refreshing browser, checked my internet connect is stable etc all to no avail. The video is 1hr 9 minutes in length so well under the 2 hour limit. It’s a guest episode so difficult to re-record. I have had issues with other shorter recordings around 40-50minutes in length but was able to export in 2 to 3 separate clips. Then having to pull full video together again in Premiere Pro. I am able to download audio only but not video for this project.
I’ve been using the audio editing feature without any issues until today. I attempted to upload an existing audio file and when doing so I get a pop up that says, “There was a problem uploading the audio” without any further explanation. I thought I had hit my max allowance but I have not. I also tried uploading a different audio file and the same pop up shows up.
There a buzz in my audio, and normally Enhance does an awesome job removing it. However, today it is removing so much of the speech (which is clear in the original despite the buzz) so badly that it sounds like a cartoon character reading gibberish. It's awful.
Hi there, we recorded our first show using Adobe Podcasts last week. The show generally went very well. However, one guest’s earlier answers were missing from the tape. He did appear on the recording screen so we were unaware there was any issue. Thankfully we always keep a tape (voice memo) running as backup so we were able to enhance this in post. Any idea how I can stop this happening again? Many thanks.
My Adobe Podcast Studio project has been stuck on “Processing” for several weeks, and I need help from someone who can inspect the project server-side.The project currently shows 25:14, but that is not the full podcast. The missing section should include approximately another 20–30 minutes of audio that is still processing. I cannot access or export the complete recording.I have already tried Chrome, incognito/private browsing, clearing cookies and site data, disabling extensions, logging out and back in, and different browsers/devices. Adobe Support chat directed me to the Adobe Podcast team email, but so far I have only received the automated confirmation messages. Can someone from Adobe please help escalate this and inspect the stuck project on the backend? Thank you.
I need backend help. I started the recoding in my Podcast Project with 3 other guests on my Podcast. About 10 min into the recording, Adobe Podcasts unexpectedly stopped recording. We started the recording again and took up from where we left off thinking that the files for the audio prior to the glitch would process and be available for download. While I can get the audio past the point in which I restarted the recording, the files for the audio leading up to the glitch are stuck in processing and I cannot download that pre-glitch audio file as Podcasts reports that the recording is still in process and it is still trying to transcribe the full audio. I need to get the first pre-glitch audio files so I can edit them together.
Audio exports from Podcast are consistently 4dB lower than the source audio. This seems to be the case whether speech is set at the default of 50 or brought down to 3%

I cannot figure out how Adobe puts its name behind an app that supposedly is going to create podcasts that cannot even handle a 20 minute audio file. The app is great when it works, but lately it’s all sit and spin. Adobe, if you cannot figure this out and support it-- then pull the app and stop wasting people’s time.
Added two (2) .wav files. Each 16:14 in length. Processing never ends. Sliders do not stay to specified settings. Time is deducted from Account, even though audio files are unusable
No matter what file I try to upload it won’t trainscribe? MP4 WAV ACC etc. It worked perfect first time then just stopped? Its only a 27 min clip Audio only, ideas
