ich möchte mein audiuo mit ki verbessern dafür hae ich 2000 credits gekauft. nur funktioniert es nicht und ich kann sie auch nicht finden, sowie die verbesserung sebständig zu tätigen funktioniert nicht. nur automatisch und das ist zuviel, wird zuviel verändert.

Since August 25, every upload to Enhance Speech on my paid Creative Cloud account (trevor@trevorohare.com) fails immediately. Adobe Support directed me to teampodcast@adobe.com, but that address bounces external mail, so I am posting here.What I have confirmed:1. The failure follows the account, not the device or network. It fails on my desktop in Chrome and Edge, on my iPhone over 5G, over VPN, and on a different network.2. The same files process successfully on a free account (tro2789@gmail.com), which an Adobe support rep set up as a temporary workaround.3. A support rep tested my sample files on Adobe's side and they enhanced without issue.4. Network logs show 408 timeouts and "too many requests" responses from the phonos-server-flex endpoint. On Aug 25 I ran several enhance jobs through the Adobe connector in Claude, which may have triggered a rate limit or abuse flag on my account.Two remote support sessions (Aug 26 and 27) escalated to a backend team with a promised 24 to 48 hou

My issue is much worse than I realised. I am missing 2hrs audio and video from both my guests. One from California, one from UK. I was UK based too.  After 2hrs the recording fell over. We spotted it immediately and restarted. We ran for another 20mins. I have my audio & video for the first 2hrs and everyone’s audio & video for the final 20mins. I AM MISSING 2 HOURS OF AUDIO AND VIDEO FROM BOTH GUESTS FEED.What can I do here? How do I get it back? Or am I just screwed?After being a big fan of the simplicity of Adobe Podcasting I am reviewing my position. This is unacceptable and a deal breaker. If I am unable to recover this data I will not be able to use Adobe Podcasting for recording again. 

Previously I’ve never had an issue with uploading multiple files at a time, within the daily limit.As of last week, and still relevant now, whenever I try to upload multiple files (within the limit), they will all end up with an “enhance failed” message.If I upload and enhance one at a time it usually works fine, but it’s annoying and time consuming to have to sit there and wait for each file when I’m working on a podcast with multiple speakers.Just as I was writing this, I had a file that keeps failing no matter what I do. It’s weird because it’ll say it failed on the left, but act as if it’s still going on the right, giving updates, but then just seeming to hang forever on “Finishing...”So, now I can’t start my project. Wow. This is a major bug and a HUGE detriment to my workflow.

adobe podcast doesnt work, it keeps uploading, tried on chrome and edge same issue

I record with a Shure MV7+ in a fairly quiet room, though there is some echo, and the program works perfectly EXCEPT every once in a while it will cut out all the bass in my dialogue. It usually recovers within 10 seconds or so, but it still ends up ruining certain takes that would otherwise be good. I’ve accounted for all variables regarding the mic and Audacity as well, so it’s something in the algorithm that AdobePodcast uses that causes it to strip the bass out of the audio periodically.

Even on the premium plan, Adobe Enhance Speech will occasionally glitch during the upload or rendering phase, showing a final output of just 0.06 seconds.

Today started getting an “Enhance failed” error with the detail “There was an unknown problem enhancing the file” on all .wav and .mp3 uploads I have tried with v1. Used a variety of different files ranging from 1 to 3 minutes, and my usage shows I’ve only used 2.9 hours of 4 hours today. I’m not experiencing this problem with those same .wav and .mp3 files with v2. So this error seems to be happening for me with all v1 attempts, and all v2 attempts are successful with no errors. I’m on a Windows 11 PC, and I’ve tested on both Edge and Chrome with the results persistent on both browsers. Multiple reboots of the computer and refreshes of the browser pages.

Many times I can’t upload anything and keeps on loading animation forever… In different browsers. Sometimes it works but it happens now many times and like this it’s becoming a very big problem when we can’t deliver to clients on time…. 

Hello,I recorded a 2-hour audio-only remote session on September 16 in Adobe Podcast Studio. Project name: TWOII Remote 1. I was the host, two guests joined via the shareable link. All of us on Google Chrome desktop, my side on macOS.The project has been stuck on Processing since I stopped the recording on the 16th, over 20 hours now. No transcript, 0:00 on the timeline, Export says there's nothing to export.What I've tried: closed and reopened the project tab to trigger recovery, kept the tab open overnight with the Mac prevented from sleeping, switched from mobile tether to home wifi. Adobe Podcast Enhance is supposed to clean audio and make it sound more studio quality, but it is aggressively suppressing laughs and crosstalk.If someone laughs, chuckles, or makes a natural reaction, it often gets turned down so much that it is barely audible or gone completely. If two people talk over each other, it can suppress both speakers to almost zero. That makes it unusable for client work.Laughter and overlap are part of real conversations. They are not background noise. Removing them makes interviews, podcasts, and videos sound unnatural and can even remove important parts of what people said.The tool works well on clean single person dialogue, but it needs a setting to preserve laughs, reactions, and overlapping speakers. Right now, every file needs to be checked closely against the original audio, which defeats the point of using it as a quick enhancement tool.This never used to be an issue but over the last few months its gotted progressivly worse to the point thats beco

Mas ao utilizar pela primeira vez, já foi me obrigado a adquirir um plano de compra.Já desacreditei no site, pois não gosto de propaganda enganosa ou falta de compromisso com o cliente. Buenos días equipo de Adobe,Os escribo para reportar un error que estoy experimentando con el procesamiento de un archivo en Adobe Podcast. A continuación, detallo los datos técnicos del problema:Especificaciones del Proyecto Nombre del proyecto: TDK05x28 Historia entre dos mundos (Rubén y Diana). Duración del archivo: 1 hora y 58 minutos. Contenido: Episodio especial para mecenas (requiere disponibilidad urgente). Descripción del Error Usamos Adobe Podcast para grabar en directo en vuestra plataforma. Actualmente, el archivo lleva en estado "Procesando" desde ayer a las 20:00h y el proceso no avanza ni finaliza. Acciones y Pruebas Realizadas Reinicio completo del sistema (PC). Limpieza de caché y borrado completo de cookies del navegador. El problema persiste sin cambios en la interfaz. ¿Qué pasos adicionales podemos tomar para solucionar y desbloquear este archivo? ¿Tenéis una estimación de cuándo podría estar procesado y disponible?¡Muchas gracias por vuestra ayuda! 

Esto es algo que ya tienen tiempo que me pasa cuando quiero mejorar la voz, separo el audio del video para poder procesarlo, pero cuando los junto en mi editor hay partes que se acortan y eso provoca que se desplace el audio y todo quede desincronizado… la verdad este va a ser mi ultimo mes suscrita porque es un roblema que ya me tiene cansada, no pago para tener que corregir esos errores, mejor ya hago todo manualmente

I cant open saved projects, it either says that I dont have access or the project comes up empty. Appears that I can no longer access the work I have done, including the one I was planning to publish today.
