Studio project stuck on Processing since Sept 16, 2-hour remote recording

Hello,

I recorded a 2-hour audio-only remote session on September 16 in Adobe Podcast Studio. Project name: TWOII Remote 1. I was the host, two guests joined via the shareable link. All of us on Google Chrome desktop, my side on macOS.

The project has been stuck on Processing since I stopped the recording on the 16th, over 20 hours now. No transcript, 0:00 on the timeline, Export says there's nothing to export.

What I've tried: closed and reopened the project tab to trigger recovery, kept the tab open overnight with the Mac prevented from sleeping, switched from mobile tether to home wifi. The guest closed their tab shortly after the session, then reopened the same link on the same laptop and same Chrome and has kept it open since.

Could you check the upload state for both participants server-side and tell me what's recoverable, even partially? The original per-speaker recordings are what I need most.
