Enhance Speech fails on paid account, works on free account. Support unresolved since Aug 26

Since August 25, every upload to Enhance Speech on my paid Creative Cloud account (trevor@trevorohare.com) fails immediately. Adobe Support directed me to teampodcast@adobe.com, but that address bounces external mail, so I am posting here.

What I have confirmed:

1. The failure follows the account, not the device or network. It fails on my desktop in Chrome and Edge, on my iPhone over 5G, over VPN, and on a different network.

2. The same files process successfully on a free account (tro2789@gmail.com), which an Adobe support rep set up as a temporary workaround.

3. A support rep tested my sample files on Adobe's side and they enhanced without issue.

4. Network logs show 408 timeouts and "too many requests" responses from the phonos-server-flex endpoint. On Aug 25 I ran several enhance jobs through the Adobe connector in Claude, which may have triggered a rate limit or abuse flag on my account.

Two remote support sessions (Aug 26 and 27) escalated to a backend team with a promised 24 to 48 hour update. I have received nothing since.

Request: please check trevor@trevorohare.com for a rate limit, abuse flag, or entitlement error on Enhance Speech and clear it. I can provide network logs, screen recordings, and sample files.

Hi, I'm a Premium user and Adobe Podcast Enhance Speech uploads keep failing. The upload starts, runs for a few seconds, and then shows "There was a problem uploading your file" or "Enhance failed." This started around September 29, 2026, and it's still happening.

    Error details:
In the browser console, the upload PUT requests to phonos-recordings-production.s3.amazonaws.com (QuickActionJobs path) fail with net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET, and sometimes net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED.

    Pattern:
    - It's intermittent and mostly happens in the afternoon (Eastern time). On October 1, the same file failed repeatedly from the afternoon until about 5pm, then uploaded fine. It started failing again on the afternoon of October 2.
    - It isn't file-specific. The same files fail at some times and succeed at others.

Files: WAV, about 10–12 minutes long and about 135 MB each, which is well within Premium limits. MP3 exports have also failed, though they get through more often.

    What I've ruled out:
    - Multiple computers: it fails on both my Windows desktop and my laptop.
    - Multiple networks: it fails on my home Xfinity connection and on a mobile hotspot.
    - Multiple browsers: it fails in Chrome, Edge and Firefox, including in Incognito with extensions off.
    - My connection: speed tests (Cloudflare) complete fully with 0% packet loss and about 60–100 Mbps upload, and other large uploads (YouTube, Google Drive) work normally.
    - My account: I'm on Premium

Since this happens across devices, networks, and browsers, it looks like it may be an issue with the upload service itself.

Good luck buddy, no one from Adobe ever helps. I’ve been waiting ages. Had multiple screen share sessions, emails, calls, and the issue persists with my account too.
