So I uploaded additional audio to the top of my episode to correct part of the recording, and then the page crashed. When I got back onto that page, the audio successfully loaded, but the end of my recording disappeared. I refreshed the page a few times more, left it open to see if it would reload, and I’ve had no success. This epsiode airs Friday. Hoping to resolve it before then.

CASE ID: ADB-46689972-T9W2I recorded a podcast episode with JEFF HOLDER. I just downloaded our conversation as ORIGINAL RECORDINGS, so that I can obtain separate files for each speaker. After downloading, JEFF's video/audio wouldn't open, and there was an error message. I couldn't download my guest's individual audio file. This is the only time this has happened. I tried it 2-3 times. How do I obtain my guest's audio?.

I'm working with several hundred files and subscribing to Premium allowed me to bulk upload them but I seem to only be able to download them one at a time, which is far from ideal.

Recorded a 90 min pod, left it to process, came back and processing failed. Have tried refreshing and logging into from another laptop, with no luck.

Logging into this program in safari has very poor functionality.  Especially with videos over 45mins long.  An app would probably be much more suitable for podcast speech enhancement

I didn't know I couldn't render a podcast over 2 hours, now I have a 3.5 hour podcast that is stuck. I exported the raw files, but all the errors are still in there

When I attempt to get a free trial to podcast premium, my credit cards are not accepted. If I try to use paypal, after signing in to paypal, it sometiems says paypal is not available, other times it says I am not eligible for a free trial, press agree and subscribe to upgrade. When I do, it then tells me paypal is not available. Per suggestions from Gemini, I tried firefox, and then Chrome in incognito mode with the same results. Also tried using celular network only on my phone whth the same results. Gemini also suggested contacting Adobe help/chat for getting an internal Adobe fraud flag reset and the chat agent referred me back to podcast.adobe.How do I upgrade to premium?Thank You 

hello I am new to the community . I have just put together a video for my wife and absolutely fantastic result with the adobe podcast enhnce speech feature - its justso fantastic. i have not upgraded yet so just using the basic , just one thing in this video I have done the sound is excellent and its cut out the echo in the barn and it sounds like professional mic's were used but when the guy is being interviewed when he laughs (at around 6seconds in and 1minute32 seconds) as you can see when he laughs adobe enhance speech has cut out his laughing and the sound/audio is just blank! - maybe enhance speech is picking his laugh up as unclean audio and muted it? - but what would be the solution for this. would upgrading to the subscription sort it out? and how would I do it? many thanks.Andy.

In the paid version, I would like the audio format and quality to be respected. In other words, if we upload audio at 320 kb/s in stereo, it would be nice to get audio processed at 320 kb/s in stereo, rather than 64 kb/s in mono. Even a stereo WAV file is converted to mono WAV.In Studio, it would be nice to be able to edit the font, colors, size, and position of the letters on the screen. It would be good to be able to more easily add an intro and outro jingle, as well as set the quality and format of the render.In addition to Remove Branding, there could be a Replace Branding option, adding a logo.In Transcript, it could be a little easier to review the text (perhaps by paragraphs) and the final formatting by paragraphs instead of the undefined amalgam of text. Translation could be made available or the option to add translation in audiograms with audio and text in different languages (subtitles).As for the monthly subscription, I think it would be interesting to have an annual model

I cleaned up a file. It sounds perfect if I set Backround to 0, Music to 0, and Speech enhencement to 2%. But when I download it either throught the button in the bottom or the icon below the Speech section, I get a terrible speech with loss of words, distortions etc. Can I set these parameters before I send the file for processing? I yes, how to do it? 

My adobe podcasts studio page isnt loading and have lost access to all my projects. Using google chrome on macbook. Please help!

I started a project with two separate audio files - one for each speaker. Reviewing the edited version, one of the tracks is a bit softer than the other. Is there a way to adjust the volume for an individual speaker (I think I’m asking if there is a way to get back to those tracks).

Hi. When I create an audiogram the waveform extends too high and cuts off. I have tried adjusting the volume of the source file but this does not seem to make a difference. Can anyone help?

I edit my podcast episodes (It’s usually a litlte over an hour) and I go to export with and without captions, and the message “Something Doesn’t Work” comes up. Every time. Does anyone have any fixes for this? I’m about to just swap podcast servers at this point.
