Enhanced speech not working

I have been using Adobe Podcast Studio (via my paid subscription) for a while, and starting today it’s not enhancing audio I upload.

We are talking basic wav files, same as I always do. But it does not download the enhanced version. Nor does it play back the enhanced version on the page with the sliders showing what’s been enhanced even when toggling it back from original to enhanced.

It used to be a problem, but I’d use transcribe page then export from there and it’d download the enhanced version.

Now it does not work when doing that.

I have tried incognito in Google chrome per support’s suggestion and that did not work. No VPN or browser shields, etc are on. Nothing has change with how I use the service, in fact I used it about a week or two ago and it was fine.

Now it’s not working across multiple browsers I’ve tried.

File type, audio upload limits, usage caps, all are on point. This is like an 11 minute audio wav file. Standard.

I have refreshed the page and reopened the project, still doesn’t work.

I have updated the browser to the latest version, and cleared the browser cache/cookies.

It has happened with multiple files I tried, not just the one.

I’ve Signed out of my Adobe account and signed back in.

I’ve tried uploading the file from a different network connection

There is no error message. 

It just doesn't export an enhanced audio. Everything looks fine. I can see the slider and click enhanced or original. I export it, and it's not enhanced. 

Operating system is MacOS Tahoe 26.7.1. 

Latest Chrome.

Everything is up to date. I used this service last week or so, and it was fine, today it is not.
