Why the Price Increase?

So I cancelled my monthly as I no longer needed to convert as many audio files.  I was paying $10 a month.  But now, under the “free” plan, I can no longer do any adjustments.  Before, on the free plan, you could.

And now they’ve DOUBLED the price!  Sorry.  You’ve lost another customer.
