Refund request for Adobe Podcast Premium renewal charged on Oct 7, 2026

Hi! I was charged $11.99 for Adobe Podcast Premium on October 7, 2026. I didn't intend to renew and haven't used the service since the charge. I've already cancelled the subscription (cancellation number AB08650901122CUA). The support chat is currently unavailable, so I'm asking here. Could you please refund this charge?
