Is Adobe Podcast premium only available with Creative Cloud

Hi there,

I'm really excited about the online Adobe Podcast studio beta features and being able to edit from a browser, the auto transcription is really accurate - you've done a great job so far, thank you.

I'm just checking - is the Adobe Podcast premium features only available with a Creative Cloud subscription? is it included with Adobe Audition or any single app licenses?

I also found the 'inviting guests' feature is locked to only others with Adobe IDs, (ours is also locked to only others with Adobe IDs within our organisation) there should be some wording around defining 'guest', to explain the limitations around who exactly can be invited to the recording session.

Hoping to use Adobe Podcast more in the future, text based editing and AI transcriptions will just make our lives as editors easier. 🙂

Thanks!

Josh

Hey @Josh_Wright_88! Thanks so much for reaching out – great to have you join the community!

To your questions:

  • If you are already paying for Creative Cloud, you will autmatically have access to Adobe Podcast (at no additional cost). Just make sure you're logging in with your email that is associated with your CC acount.
  • Also, if you are already paying for Adobe Express Premium, you will automatically have access to Adobe Podcast Premium (and vice versa).

For inviting guests to a recording, you can use the option to invite with a link (which doesn't require your guest to log in with an Adobe ID). Here's a guide on setting up a remote recording: https://podcast.adobe.com/guides/set-up-a-remote-recording

I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to reach out with any additional questions and I'll be happy to help 🙂

Hi @Harmony J ,

thanks for the response, I really appreciate your help with this one.

I was really excited when I read through the guide to setting up remote recording, but my link options look slightly different to the one in the video tutorial. See attached a screenshot from my computer, there's no options available to send a link to guests...

It could be something that's locked out of our company's Adobe license accounts? where we can only share projects internally with other employees?
