Unable to export adobe podcast file

I have a quick 2 minute recording and want to export it but everytime I tries it says "something went wrong downloading this project. please try again." I've tried both MP3 and WAV. Any way to fix this or is there something wrong with my settings?

Same! I've tried everything I can think of. Others having the same issue makes me feel like it's an Adobe issue. Will they reply here?

Hi Harmony,

Thanks for helping me! I have published three other podcast episodes that I
recorded in Studio, the longest of which was 17:56 minutes. I thought
perhaps the episode I'm struggling to download might be too long? I didn't
think there was a time limit on the premium plan, but this episode is 27
minutes long, so I wondered if that was the issue.

Hi Jennifer, 

 

Thanks so much for sharing a link to the project. I have one of my engineers looking at it now – there might be an issue with one of the tracks, but I'll know more as soon as I hear back from them. 

In the meantime, is this the only project that isn't downloading, or are you running into this issue with other projects? If you're on the premium plan, there aren't any download limits with Studio. Thank you!

I am only having trouble with one other file. I duplicated the file I sent
you (duplicated it two times so I would have two extra copies), then
deleted the first part from one of the duplicates and the second part from
the other, thinking I might be able to download them if they were two
shorter files. Figured I could call it part 1 and part 2. I got one of them
downloaded, but the other gives me the same error message I've been getting.

However, if I can get the one I sent you downloaded, I won't need either of
the duplicated copies because the one I sent you is the original length
file before I duplicated and split it.

Hi Jennifer, 

 

For the one you sent me, please try the following steps:

 

  • Open the filter panel in Studio
  • Change the enhance model to v1 (wait for it to process)
  • Change the enhance model back to v2 (wait for it to process)
  • Try to re-export the project and it should work

@Mrs. Ensman can you point me to a particular time code where you're hearing feedback in episode 4? If you have Enhance Speech turned up to 90 or 100%, I might recommend lowering the slider.

Hey @Art Rothfuss ,

 

While we're working on a more permanent fix, here is a workaround that should allow you to download:

 

  • Open the filter panel in Studio
  • Change the enhance model to v1 (wait for it to process)
  • Change the enhance model back to v2 (wait for it to process)
  • Try to re-export the project and it should work
