Adding Appendices

New Here ,
Jun 07, 2018 Jun 07, 2018

Currently I have several Appendix document templates that a user can add to their document via the "Add Files" option.

The document is then sent to Preview & Add Signature Fields where a field template is used to add the relevant fields. At this point you can see the appendices at the bottom of the page. The document is then sent and when it's opened by the client to sign, they are unable to see the files (appendices) added to the bottom of the document.

They can see the files once the document is signed and they download a copy of it but appendices are required to be read/seen before signature.

Is there any way to enable these appendices/files to be seen by the client when they are getting ready to sign the document?

Greetings!

Based on the description, I would check to see if you have Limited Document Visibility enabled.

LDV will not display files unless the participant has a field assigned to them somewhere on the file.  So adding an optional Initials filed on the last page of each file would solve this problem (assuming you cannot disable LDV entirely).

If LDV isn't enabled (in Global Settings), then support will need to review an agreement to see the root cause.  You can submit a ticket to support by clicki

If LDV isn't enabled (in Global Settings), then support will need to review an agreement to see the root cause.  You can submit a ticket to support by clicking the question mark in the upper right corner of the Adobe Sign interface:
