delegate one form to more than one recipient

I have a form that needs to be sent to a delegator.  The delegator will forward the form to a variable number of recipients who will each fill out and sign the form.  I understand it is doable if the delegator only forward the form to one recipient.   Can the delegator forward the form to multiple recipients, and each of them will fill out and sign the form separately?

Hello,

You could not do it, delegate a process, it is when it is unknown who will sign.

For what you are looking to do, it is by Megasign, which will send the same document to a Database, which you can upload by CSV, the document will reach each one, and each one will individually sign the document.

Greetings,

Thanks for the reply.   MegaSign doesn't seem to support my use case here. MegaSign requires me to know how many parties will be submitting the form and who.  I don't know that information as the sender of the form, but the delegator knows.  When I send the form to the delegator, he/she will in turn forward the form to multiple parties each of which will fill and sign the form.  Does Adobe Sign support that use case?  Thanks!

Hey Greg,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you do not know the number of recipients that will receive the document for signature, you may use the Webform in this case. Then you can share the link to the webform with the delegator and he/she can forward that link to the form to all the recipients. Each of them will be able to open their individual copy of the form to fill and sign.

For more information about the Webform, you may refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/web-forms.html

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thanks, Meenakshi.  It sounds like Webforms would solve the problem.  I'll look into it.
