Document recipients can not sign document from email

In the past few weeks, any documents which I have sent out to recipients generate an email which has no obvious link to sign the document.

These are all recipients which have extensively used Adobe Sign previously.

They get an email informing them that a document requires their signature, but no way of clicking through to the document to sign.

This only seems to have started presenting in the past few weeks,
