How to prepare a email to be signed and send later?

New Here ,
Oct 04, 2018 Oct 04, 2018

Hello,

I have over 100 agreements to send for signature.  All these emails must be sent in the same hour.

However, I would like to prepare the documents and the emails in advance.  Is it possible do schedule a date when the email must be sent?

Thank you for your help.

Hi Maximeg,

Sorry for the delay in response.

There is no option to schedule a date when the document will be sent for signature.

You will need to manually send it every time.

However, as mentioned above by amarajohsan, you can create an email and document. Save it as a draft in the Adobe Sign.

Then you can directly open that draft later and send it when required.

Hope that answers your query.

Let us know if you have any questions or need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi

You can write the mail in the compose box and save this mail as a draft and whenever you want to send this just click on sent its really save a lot of time for the future If anyone facing an issue with AOL account and has any query related to this then you can take help from How to delete AOL account official website.
