Hello ,
I am having a big problem .
My customers with a iMac, iPad or iPhone, cannot sign my documents because it won't send.
Signing does not work on iOs.
It looks like (when I call them) there is no send button, after they sign the document.
I'm still having no good answers or sollution.
Windows/Chrome works fine.

Open the email on iOS device, click on the link to Sign the document.
There will be a field at the top left corner where you need to enter your name, please type that and then add your Signature. Apply the Signature & then you will get the link to Sign the document.
Also, make sure all the required fields on the document are filled, then only you will get link to sign the document at the bottom.
If the issue persist, please share the screenshot of the error page.

Thanks for the possible solution, but I have no iMac or iPad so I can not test it.
I not want to bother my customers with this problem.
I'll see if I have a friend with an iPad.
When it works, or not, I will put a answer here.

Hi,
Just to confirm, are you facing the issue in Mobile app or in Browser? If Browser, can you please share some details like Browser type, iOS version and iPhone model so that we can try-and-replicate the issue in a similar environment in-house.
Also, what is the frequency of this issue? Does this occur always OR intermittently?

I am also having this problem but only with my customers that are using either an iPhone or an iPad. I don't have any customers that tried to use the laptop with it. No matter what they do even reinstalling the application they cannot sign. There is some sort of app glitch for Apple products that you guys need to fix because I don't have the same problem with DocuSign or with MyCase or Notarize. All my clients can sign through those platforms but I pay for subscription with Adobe that's supposed to do the same. The solution listed above is not compatible with Apple products users so you guys have to come up with something else.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using Acrobat on iOS.
When you say only with iPhone or iPad, is there a specific set of documents that they experience this issue or with all files? Also, any error message they see when trying to sign the documents?
A screenshot of the error would be great to investigate further.
While that being said, either a screen recording or a sample file where the issue is experienced would be really helpful for us to test in-house and share concrete resolution steps.
