Thru the years I have ended up with two Adobe Sign accounts. Is there a way to merge the two accounts?
Hi Joea,
Sorry for the delay in response.
It is not possible to merge the two accounts.
You have to cancel one of the accounts and can keep the other one.
For more information, you can contact support. I have sent you a private message with contact details.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Meenakshi

I have a similar problem. I have a creative cloud account as a student. And I have just bought a subscription for Substance3D - which is under my self employed work email.
I know I will need to switch back and forth between Substance3D and (for example) Photoshop.
So - I have two ligitmate licenses.
How can I have both these apps open on the same computer at the same time?

let me know if you figure this out. i tried out the 3D apps and now it's not allowing me to remove them because i only canceled them on one account.

I have the same exact problem. I am getting double billed for creative cloud and adobe pro and want to know how to uncover how this happened and make sure that I am not paying twice for the same services by inadvertently sighing up under two email addresses.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.
We see that you have active Creative Cloud and Photography plan. The Acrobat individual susbcription has been canceled.
Let us know if you need any further information.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hi I am also having this issue. I have two accounts that are charging me for the same service. (eejmbc@umsystem.edu) (ejensen859@gmail.com)
I intended to just have one creative cloud plan linked to my university account but have been double charge repeatedly. Let me know if there is anything I can do, thank you.

Hello
Is it possible to investigate if I have 2 accounts going on and then the best plan to cancel one.

I am having this exact problem. I created an account with my personal email address (myersfamily2005@icloud.com), then realized that as a teacher, I could get a discounted rate (because my district's enterprise account has limited features). I added my work email (jacquelynt.myers@cms.k12.nc.us) and verified my organization (school district), thinking that would allow me to keep using the features I had under the personal account but provide me with the teacher discounted rate. Instead, I apparently have three accounts, one is my district enterpise account (which is less functional) and the other two are personal but one has my teacher email as secondary email and personal email as primary. I didn't realize I was being double billed this whole time but husband was reconciling bank statements and caught the double charge which we now realize has been happening for at least 12 months. Please advise me on how to resolve this issue.

Same here and if you do ever check this thread, please let me know how it was reconciled. I have been billed twice for two dufferent accounts, one I had as a personal one, the other I added when Etsy offered sellers a discount. All I am getting is the chat bot who is "still learning."

Realistically when Adobe Backend - creates 2 accounts of its own accord - shouldnt Adobe "Manage that situation"
- 1 account with work email : Adobe Creative Cloud
- 1 account with SAME work email : Adobe Analytics
There's nothing one can do if the back end systems arent integrated with one another? Is this is a specialist support ticket?

I have a similar issue. I purchased the Adobe creative suite under the student discount, using my university email. however, Adobe is treating both my accounts (with the same email and essentially the same plan) as separate, so none of my Cloud files from my university classes appear with the account that I just purchased the discount with. both accounts have the same email. Could someone from support help me?

I suggest you contact Adobe thru its chat. Use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=auto
Open in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
