Problem with Adobe Sign when signing in on Amazon MyDocs

I cleared everything, its because of this I can't complete it. I wish there was a way to avoid this so I can just complete it. But I tried evrrything and still get this error when I sign in. To add every time I click on a link to help in there it gives me a 404 error. Is this outdated or something?

I tried at least 4 different browsers and it still says error message when trying to sign my last 2 documents I go to adobe sign on amazon docs page link I was sent enter my info and doesn't work get error I've tried literally every way to trouble shoot

I don't understand why adobe locked me out last night, been trying to log in since 12:00am. I need to finish my docs for amazon. I was trying o submit my W-4. And it wouldn't let me.

Just Download Firefox on your laptop or computer and youll be able to sign digitally

YO! So this exact thing happened to me trying to sign my docs for my first day of work. I was using safari and it would give me the error code. I then switched to google chrome and BOOM works like a charm. No error code. Not sure what's going on but it works with google chrome. Try switching browsers. Worked for me

On the website it doesn't let me submit it, It lets me submit everything else but this one document and I tried chrome to submit it and google it won't work I even tried on the computer it didn't work
