4005 error on publishing link to a prototype

I've just installed Adobe XD on my laptop (new Max OS X). Created first artboard and tried to share it just to test whether it works already. And receive all the time the following error: 

Something went wrong.

Learn More (Error 4005)

I found the solution for that issueit seems that you need to verify your email to make it workthen you will be able to publish public links

Sorry to hear about the trouble. We'll need a few more details like:

 

  1. Are you connected to a private network or managed network like a work or school network?
  2. A screenshot of the About XD info page.
  3. On the error message, please click on Learn more and share a screenshot of the full error message.
  4. Which preset you are opting in to generate the link? Is it a design review, user testing, or development? Is it happening with all the presets or with a specific one?

 

We're here to help, just need more information.

I notice something

 

when you make the link available for only invited people, it works

but when you try to update it to allow anyone with the link to view it that error appears

I found the solution for that issue

it seems that you need to verify your email to make it work

then you will be able to publish public links
