Adobe XD - Auto-animate is very laggy

I am running Adobe XD on a pretty new MacBook however, auto-animate is proving frustratingly slow and laggy in the preview and can't understand why, I tried even following tutorials on youtube to see if it was just me not doing it properly, but no following a tutorial it still proved very laggy and slow

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing the issues with XD. I saw you also contacted us through the twitter handle. Would you mind telling us the OS and XD version of your machine? Is it happening with every file or with a specific file? Is it lagging while previewing in the browser? Is it specifically affecting auto-animate only?
