Adobe XD bloquea el funcionamiento del ordenador

Hola, no se si seré la única que tiene este problema pero ya es demasiada casualidad que me esté ocurriendo en dos ordenadores, cada cual más potente: tengo un MSI Gaming (Windows 10, ya no es compatible con Windows 11) y un Macbook Pro (actualmente Monterey 12.4)

 

En ambos dispositivos, he trabajado con Adobe XD y no paso más de un artboard donde el ordenador directamente empiece a fallar y acabe bloqueandome cualquier acción: cambiar la canción desde el navegador, buscar una página... Simplemente deja de funcionar y todo va lento.

 

Si pagando 12,09€ al mes me va a suponer estos dolores de cabeza, no sé si sale rentable un programa como XD teniendo otras competencias.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. This isn't expected, so could you please ensue you have the latest version of XD which is 51.0.12 and if the app is already up to date and it's still happening, please share a few more details like:

 

  1. Is this happening on a specific file or multiple files?
  2. Does any specific action lead to this issue or does it happens randomly?
  3. If possible, please record and share a small video of what exactly is happening so that we can try to reproduce the issue on our end.
