Adobe XD CC Crashing

Hi, I recently installed Adobe XD CC and the moment I click on starting the program, a white screen shows up, and crashes after 5 seconds. I logged out, and logged back in as that was a possible fix (or at least, it said so online) but that solved nothing.

The same thing keeps happening and it crashes every time.

After the login, it continues to crash after 15 seconds of showing a white screen on the Adobe XD CC program.
How do I get it to run normally?

Does a reboot fix this issue? We’ve hit an issue in the recent release where a reboot resolves it. We’re working on resolving this permanently in an upcoming release.

This did indeed not fix the issue.

I restarted the program and adobe creative cloud multiple times and logged

in and out.

Yet, despite the multiple attempts, this didn't resolve the issue.

Is there maybe any other fix to solve this issue so I can finally end up

running the program again?
