Adobe XD CC Stuck on Japanese

Hello there everyone,

I have a problem with my Adobe XD CC, every time I install the application/program I get the whole program in the Japanese language instead of in my native language. how can this be fixed? I already put my preferences in my Adobe account to English but nothing will work do any of you good people know how to fix this?
