Adobe XD close after launch

When I open adobe XD, It close immediately when it open.

If you are on Windows 10, can you try the solutions in Adobe XD shows white screen after launch and crashes on Windows , and let us know if they helped?

If you are on Mac OS, can you let us know of the version number of the OS that is installed on your computer? Also, are you on a dual monitor setup?
