Me and my team are having cloud doc freezing and syncing issues all the time lately. It's making using the program and cloud docs unbearable. Something that would take 5-10 mins is double the time cause of the slowness and freezing. It's my entire team (4 people using Xd have this issue).

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. I understand how critical this could be. This generally happens if the issue is with sync services. We need to check first the Creative Cloud Sync version, which should be available if you go to the About XD info page under the XD menu at the top. Please share a screenshot of the About XD info page. We'll try our best to assist you with this.

Want to know if there is a fix or update for this issue of slow syncing and freezing cloud files.
We used co-editing with larger files in the past and althrough a little lag here and there wasn't nearly as bad as it is now.
