Adobe XD crash

Hii there 

This is Sudharshan from chennai

My adobe xd is crashing everytime when i am opening it.

Even after updating it is not resolved.

I need to pitch a design to a client today.

Please guide throughout the resolving procedure.

    Not sure but check how many active xd processes you have in Task Manger Close them and try again

    Hi Sudarshan,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try uninstalling XD using the cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

     

    Once uninstalled, please re-install and let us know if it works or not. If it still doesn't work, please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of XD and OS.
    2. Please collect and share system logs: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
    3. Please enable crash dump by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/how-to-generate-crash-dump-on-windows-machine.html and once the application crashes, please collect crash logs from this location %localAppdata%\Packages\Adobe.CC.XD_adky2gkssdxte\AC\Dumps and share it with us by adding both the logs to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and then you can DM me the link by clicking on my name.
