Adobe XD crashes after I launch it

Hey, I downloaded trial version of Adobe XD and it was working fine. But now after some time when I open it, it will just show white screen (and I can  also see it loading in Task Manager as other Adobe apps) but it just then it just close. No error message or anything it just close. I already tried reinstalling but didn't help. Any suggestions?

What OS version are you using ?

If you are on the last Windows Insider build, you may have this issue : Adobe XD crashes on open. No error given.

If not, I don't see why...

I was thinking about problem with Insider Build but I wanted to make sure before I remove it. So thanks

Can you try the solutions in Adobe XD shows white screen after launch and crashes on Windows and let us know if they helped?

Hi Preran,

I am having xd crashing upon start up problem. When i checked both vcruntime140.dll and msvcp140.dll already have the read and execute permissions enabled. I also tried to check the registry for

BlockProtocolElevation by following the path below, and change the value of Enabled Value  to 0:

Registry Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (or)

                        HKEY_CURRENT_USERHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (or)

                        HKEY_CURRENT_USER

Registry Path: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Associations

Value Name: BlockProtocolElevation

But I could not find the entry in the registry.

I am on Windows 10 version 1809.
