If you still face the issue, please generate logs, Crash dumps and upload them to a shared location such as CC or Dropbox and share the URL with HARSHIKA_VERMA.

I've been told that this is an ongoing issue which has been addressed and that is known with Adobe XD on MS Windows 10.
Even though most of the troubleshooting tips are inclined to instruct the users to perform an update of XD to its latest version and/or a simple restart of their system to fix it, I am more inclined to suuport the other users who have exhausted all other tips available in the forums.

Hi Harshika,
Thanks for the reply. That's what I do every time when XD crashes. But, the bigger frustration is downloading all the plugins again. Plus, it is a shame when XD fails to load during a design meet-up or presentation.
It is really a surprise that XD does not have this feature or loading the saved settings and plugins once logged in, like Google Chrome does with the plugins and settings.

FYI problem remains on Win10 1809 17763.194 64-bit.
Clean Windows install on a Hyper-V VM, fully updated, nothing added or installed. Download and run XD installer, white window shows up as above, then app terminates. After restarting the VM the symptom does not appear anymore.
This problem did not appear on Windows 10 1803.
This behavior is consistent time after time. Win10 1809 is no longer unreleased Windows Insider - you really should address this. Posting for helping your QA team.

Hi everyone,
I have been having the same problem since this Friday (15 feb) : as soon as I open Adobe XD, it shows a blank page and crashes immediately. This is a huge problem for me as I made a big prototype with XD in November and December (the program was working fine then, I don't know why it's no longer the case now), and it is due to be presented this Thursday to my clients : I will be able to show the published prototype but I don't know I will handle the project after that if I can't open the program and my files anymore (to do modifications, more screens, etc.) !
As you all did already, I have been trying everything since this morning : uninstall XD from Creative Cloud, reinstall it, install an older version, reinstall the newest one, update Windows and drivers, network checking, restart I don't know how many times, and also ALL the troubleshooting solutions from Preran 's link : Adobe XD shows white screen after launch and crashes on Windows
I don't know what I can do now, will I actually lose all my work ?? Please help.
Meanwhile, I'll try Customer Care...
My system : Windows 10 professional on PC (not x64).
I am at work so there is a proxy, firewall, etc.

Thank you for your reply !I have a solution.
Yesterday evening I noticed there were still some Windows Updates missing on my machine, so I went back home and operated all of them (my system : Windows 10 pro 1803).
And after restarting when I was done completely, XD opened at last !
This morning back to work though (with firewall,, proxy etc.), XD crashed again when I opened it.
I finally could resolve the problem by uninstalling XD from Adobe Creative Cloud, and reinstall it.
At last.
That's the best information I can give you all, hope that helps.
Make sure to have all the latest system updates on your Windows, restart, then reinstall XD.

I've been facing this problem since time immemorial. After every new Adobe XD update or Windows 10 patch update, XD keeps crashing on startup.
I work in a design agency and this has become a nightmare for me. I need to restart the machine to make it run properly only for a short while. It's not just my machine but all the other machines.
Even the free version I personally use has the same problem.
There is something wrong with the infrastructure. You guys need to fix it permanently.
