Adobe XD crashing Mac

Every couple of hours I get the spinning beachball and XD locks up then quits. Any unsaved changes are lost.

Hi @smishlawi ,

 

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. If it's crashing while working on multiple files, please try clean install by uninstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop app & XD app using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and then re-install the CC desktop app and XD and let us know if it still crashes.

As a workaround for this issue, follow the steps mentioned below:

-Uninstall Adobe XD.

-Open Finder, and navigate to /Applications/Adobe XD.

-Right-click the Adobe XD application or Adobe XD.app and choose Move to trash.
-Reinstall Adobe XD from Creative Cloud Desktop.
