I recently got an Adobe subscription for all Adobe products. Adobe XD is also available under my plan which shows on my profile when accessed from a browser, but it doesn't show up under the Creative Clouds desktop app. I saw somewhere that it has to do with the Adobe version being listed as a 32-bit subscription. My system is 64-bit. How do I change my Adobe subscription to 64-bit? I couldn't find the option under profile settings.

No support from chat whatsoever. This is ridiculous, why pay for something and you cant get it. ADOBE XD is NOT available for download.
