Adobe XD export en pdf texte qui se transforme en symbole

Bonjour,

Tout est dans le titre, lorsque je fais exporter mes pages adobe XD en pdf tous mes textes se transforme en symbole.. je ne sais pas trop comment régler ce problème, j'image que le souci vient de la typo..

Mon collègue et moi sommes sur PC et on a tout les deux le même problème mais une autre collègue qui fonctionne sur Mac n'a pas ce problème là, ça s'exporte correctement pour elle.

I am able to export text to a PDF on a Windows 10 machine. I wonder if it's an issue with the selected font. If you change the font, does it still happen?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. We'll need to reproduce this on our end, so could you please share a few more details like;

1. The version of XD and OS.
2. Is this happening with multiple files or a specific file?
3. Are you opening the PDF on any native pdf previewer or on Acrobat Reader DC or Acrobat Pro DC?
4. Please share font details.

Thanks for trying to help me out 🙂

I wonder if it's not the font yeah.. but I cannot change the font as it is a brief for a client.

- I have the latest version of Adobe XD

- I couldn't say if this happens with other files as it's the first time I'm using Adobe XD

- I am opening the pdf file on Adobe Acrobat Pro

- the font is called Avenir, I've got the file to install it but for some reason I cannot upload in this message.
