Adobe XD is not available to download from Creative cloud

I am unable to find Adode XD on Creative Cloud. Any suggestions please?

With Adobe intending to purchase Figma, they're only offering XD to people who already had it. They are not offering new membership plans for XD, so some people are not seeing XD anymore.
