Adobe XD is not working properly, blurry and slow. It was working fine a few days ago.

Hello,
I can't use Adobe XD correctly. It worked perfectly a few days ago.
On another computer I can. (whether in the cloud or not my files work correctly).

The display is blurry and not fluid at all. I uninstalled the entire Adobe suite correctly then reinstalled. And I also tried several times to uninstall Adobe XD only.

Please help me!

    on which computer are you running Adobe XD? Does this problem happen with all files?

    Hello !

    I am on an asus tuf gamer windows 10 (intel core i7 8th gen, geforce gtx). It works perfectly with all my software and does not lag on the witcher 3 for example.

    All my files are slow indeed, whether they are on the cloud or on my pc.

    Hello,

    I have 104 apps in the background according to my task manager.

    Everything works fine for my memory and disk.

     


    May be you overlock GPU..? I am not shure engineers can give more exact answer.
