Hello Adobe Support,
I’m encountering an issue when trying to open a shared Adobe XD link. Instead of loading the file, I get the following error message:
Something went wrong. You can try accessing the link again or, if the error persists, report the error.
I’ve already tried the following:
Refreshing the page
Accessing the link in incognito/private mode
Clearing my browser cache
Trying a different browser and device
Unfortunately, the error persists. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I'm having the same issue. Still not working and I always get an Error 44:63 when I try to publish a new link.

Yup. Same error here too. Seems like it's effected all links from past projects too, not just new ones.

Also getting this error, and can't even report the issue to the chatbot which is down. Adobe having some issues it seems.

Same here!! Can't seem to access any created links for any project. Creating new links doesn't seem to work either. This creates major problems!
