Adobe XD Link Error – “Something went wrong” Message

Hello Adobe Support,

I’m encountering an issue when trying to open a shared Adobe XD link. Instead of loading the file, I get the following error message:

Something went wrong. You can try accessing the link again or, if the error persists, report the error.

I’ve already tried the following:

• Refreshing the page

• Accessing the link in incognito/private mode

• Clearing my browser cache

• Trying a different browser and device

Unfortunately, the error persists. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
