Adobe XD not working in Windows 10

Hi Guys,

Anybody came across the adobe XD issue which I posted below, please help me with the comments to sort out the issue.

Even though we have subscription.

Other Adobe applications are working fine, only Adobe XD having issue, I tried to reinstalled the application but the issue is still exists.
