Adobe XD pops up window which loads and closes

Adobe XD application keeps on prompting a window that seems to be loading. The prompt keeps on looping while the app is open. The loop doesn't stop, and I've been waiting for an hour. Solutions and fixes? I tried killing the process with task manager and restarted it multiple times. Seems to not be working at all.
