Adobe XD Share Links not working

I've been getting this error for months. How can I fix this? Can you please help?

    @Erkan Yaser Doğan My students and I have no issues sharing our prototypes... what exactly are you creating? Could it be the files (ie images are to big (artwork isn't optimized) for faster viewing pleasures)? A little more information would be awesome to determine the issue
