Adobe XD Starter Plan. I can't download it

I've been using Adobe XD Starter Plan for about one year. Today the app had a glitch, I searched the community looking for information, and the official recommendation from Adobe was to uninstall the app and install it again. So I uninstalled the app.
Now, it's impossible to download the app again! All the information that Adobe provides is super confusing (is the Starter Plan available? Where can users download it?)
I contacted support and they said that the only version of Adobe XD is paid (which is not true, I've been using the Starter Plan for free for a long time)
Even when I log into my Adobe account, it says that Adobe XD Starter Plan IS INCLUDED in my current account. However, there's no information about HOW to download it. When I open my Creative Plan app, > Apps > Adobe XD > the only 2 options I see are TRY or BUY (btw both buttons give me an ERROR message when I click on them)

Thank you.
Adobe should really train its employees so that they can be aware of how that works and can provide better support.
Today I contacted Adobe THREE TIMES and every time they confirmed that Adobe XD Starter Plan is no longer available. I explained that I am an existing customer and that I already have access to Adobe XD as part of my current subscription (I even told them that when log into my Adobe account I can clearly see that Adobe XD is included in my account) and every time I was told that it's not possible.
They kept repeating that Adobe XD is ONLY available as part of the Creative Cloud All Apps subscription, even for existing users.
It's absolutely ridiculous!
Today I wasted 3 hours of my day dealing with this and getting in touch with Adobe through different channels. None of the employees I talked to had the right information.
I ended up calling Adobe USA (I live in Europe, so very expensive call) and after a looooong conversation, they decided to send me the installation file, which worked just fine. But again, I wasted 3 hours of my day searching all the forums, getting in touch with Adobe via chat, and getting in touch by phone.
Absolutely embarrassing.

Hi Anabella, thank you for reporting back. I'm sorry you had to go through all that, and be sure to back up that installation file! The good news is that it's running again, so that part is good news.
