Adobe XD stuck on login screen

Hello there! 

The XD is stuck in a login loop (see screenshot attached). The pop-up window just keeps reconnecting and fails. I already tried to: 

  1. sign in and out of Creative Cloud – this doesn't help, XD is still stuck. 
  2. Delete and re-install XD – the pop-up window is still there. 
  3. Quit all related processes from Activity Monitor and re-signing – this doesn't help either. 
  4. Give permission to read/write for Adobe PCD folder and Adobe PCD -- also no help. 
  5. Launch the CC Deinstaller -- doesn't launch because of the many other apps.
  6. There are no anti-virus programs installed, so access to any folders shouldn't be the issue. 

 

Does someone know what else I could fix this? Please, I need to work!

OK, I fixed it - you need to turn of the internet and then open xd. Apparently there is some connection error.

I also deleted CC and installed it again, but this doesn't help either — the login window still blocks the XD.

Hey 

 

So i have the same problem yeasterday and fixed it by "updating" the XD app, now its back at it again the day before a big submission... and no matter if i use my univeristy account or my personal account it still puts me through this ****** cycle of logging in. And the turn internet option dose not work either.

 

so for the love of god pls fix.
