Why is it difficult or almost impossible to acess Adobe XD ?? all other Apps are easly accessable, but why XD

My best guess is that Adobe has to keep around to avoid legal troubles (looking back at the Flex/Flash fiasco), but does not want any new users to "discover" the app.
