As kglad's link says, Adobe XD is in maintenance mode and is not available for download. I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to the Adobe XD community.

@Yashwanth Kumar2107 Adobe XD is only available if you have purchase the Creative Cloud all apps (whole) subscription. There are no more free downloads to this application.
