I've been using Adobe XD for almost two years through an enterprise license from my company. However, the license expired five days ago. We managed to get it reactivated, and after signing back into my Adobe account, I noticed that none of my cloud files are showing up. It's concerning that the files linked to my account aren't appearing even after reactivation.
Could you please guide me on how to retrieve my XD cloud files? Adobe team, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you're signed into the same Adobe account associated with your company's XD license. It won't work otherwise (security reasons). By any chance you saved them to your computer as well (I always save on the desktop and cloud for good measure....Check the default XD project location on your computer. Also have you contacted your IT department, especially if your company bought an enterprise license. They might have a back-up of those files. Explain the situation and see if they can help locate or restore your files.
If the above still doesn't work, contacting Adobe support directly is the best course of action. Explain your situation clearly, mentioning the enterprise license and the recent reactivation. They might have access to tools to recover your files. https://helpx.adobe.com/support/xd.html
